Solution: Let’s untangle that chaos and create a plan that actually makes sense for your business or your non-profit.
Solution: This is more common than you think. We can figure out what’s working (and what’s not) and come up with a game plan.
Solution: We’ll create a strategy so simple, you’ll wonder why you stressed about it for so long.
Solution: Let’s figure out what’s actually broken and fix it – no more throwing spaghetti at the wall.
Note: This is your “what should I do next?” session – focused and actionable. For a comprehensive deep-dive into your entire digital presence, check out our Digital Audit service.
Great question! Consultations are about guidance and strategy, not hands-on implementation. I’ll diagnose what’s wrong, give you a clear action plan, and recommend solutions – but I won’t be rebuilding your website or designing a logo during our call. Think of it like visiting a doctor: I’ll tell you what’s broken and how to fix it, but you’ll need a separate service for the actual “surgery.”
Nope! Brand identity work is a completely separate service that takes weeks, not hours. During consultation, I can give you feedback on your current branding and point you in the right direction, but full brand development requires its own dedicated project.
If we run over, additional time is available at $80/hour. I’ll always warn you when we’re approaching the time limit so there are no surprises. Most sessions stay within the planned timeframe when we stick to the agenda.
During consultation, I’ll guide you through fixes or recommend who can handle them, but I don’t provide hands-on technical work. If you need someone to actually dive into your code or set up complex integrations, that would be a separate technical support project.
The consultation gives you the roadmap, but you’re the driver! I can’t guarantee results if the recommendations aren’t implemented. The follow-up email support is there to help you when you hit roadblocks while executing the plan.
Sessions should be completed within 8 weeks to maintain momentum and relevance. If you need more time between sessions, we can discuss extending the timeline, but the strategy might need updating for longer gaps.
Perfect! That’s what my other services are for. Consultations often lead to website projects, ongoing social media management, or monthly strategy sessions. We’ll discuss next steps during our final session.
I guarantee you’ll leave with clarity and a solid plan, but I can’t guarantee business outcomes. Success depends on execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. What I can promise is honest feedback and strategies that have worked for similar businesses.
